Nice. An uber-rich pusher who beats other robots to death with an oversized Croquet Mallet. :P

Why am I on a building kick now instead of three weeks ago when I could have entered this shit into CBC and been interesting and avoided Josh shouting at me for not being interesting :v:

Kugelblitz, a thwack/horizontal spinner combo, with maybe melty brain stuff as well. I'm not sure how the PRIMARY WEAPON would affect the translation, but blah. Wheels are angled inward very slightly so their rotational axes intersect through the center of the robot, eliminating wheel scrub when turning or spinning. Invertible, unstrandable, undercutting, overcutting. Might not work all that well, but it's still better than Heretic. =P

Anyway, seriously liking the look of that design-- nice twist on the classic Steveout design!

Gotta say that having the belt placed where it is on Diamonddust and having such thick supports is just hella good planning. Also, you can always enter 'em in R4, or RB2, or NARCO?

Osiris... Armageddon! (MW)
Elrathia... ROBOTS (LW)
Magnolia Pico... Ruination 4 (MW)
RipTide... ROBOT2 (FW)

Yes, that is a legitimate walking system. Actuators push them forwards/backwards, like Manta, but there's an upper and lower 'track' the legs run in, each with a sprung arm at the end that pushes the leg into the opposite track when it reaches the end of its stroke. Works a bit like a clickable ballpoint pen.
