Thought I'd revive this thread with a new fact

As far as the modern era goes (2010-Present) I think I'm the only guy to make the playoffs in the MW division 4 times in a row. And not win a title in those 4 times XD

Prior to my hiatus, Rascal was the bot that had the most split-decision wins and the most split-decision losses.

Babaganoush is the only bot to beat Striker in Striker's first season.

I have two undefeated bots, including winning their divisions in the CFL Olympics.

Bots that I have submitted as means to point out or exploit annoying trends in the CFL leagues: Babaganoush (Complete Sentences, Including This One, Should Not Be Bot Names), Amoeba, Blackbelt (which never officially competed, but was entered. The only other bots that I know of that intentionally did this were Palette and Russianation.

I had to lobby to get Sand Crab and Bad-Ass Barnacle listed separately; my argument was that I had to drastically alter Sand Crab's design in order to make it a legal entry in John's first Fantasy Fury tournament.

I still don't think the name "Pinpoint" is fitting for the bot, but still can't think of a bigger name.

"Team Animal Cruelty" was ruled the best team name by my sister, who didn't know it was mine until I revealed it to her. Second place: Search And Destroy.

When I entered Koopa, I was hoping no one would notice the flaw of its lifter if it worked like Rascal's, and then changed it to a vertical lifted after Chris pointed it out in the first week of the tourney. Couldn't get away with it after all.

Spatula loves to enter robots that exploit the shit out of the walker rules.

Idk if he was intentionally pointing out or exploiting, but Kiazi's a million hammers were always funny shit.

Here's one I just noticed: all of my bots with cumulative losing records are MWs (Twist And Shout, Warper, The Aristocrats, Koopa), although SHW Amoeba and MW Dancing Headless are at an even .500.

I liked Black Belt's design, even if the chainsaw would never do anything

Fun fact: None of my heavyweights have a positive win record. I have high hopes for both Malevolence III and Ballistik (AKA the Breaker Box klone I've mentioned in skype) so hopefully that changes soon.

Just out of interest-

By raising its Lifting Plate, pressing it down against the first step and driving up, Marauder can climb stairs.

Along with the British armoured fighting vehicle of the same name, Jackal's name is a reference to the 1988 Commodore 64 game Marauder. There, Jackal is the fifth default name on the High Score table. Its original name in its concept, Wyzard, was the highest-ranked name.
