What experience do any of you have with their products? Specifically which ones? How would you rate them? How is the customer service and tech support?

Well I bought their Viper kit and it seems pretty decent so far, especially for a beginner/novice/technology hopeless person like me. Shipping was pretty quick considering it comes from Canada. The materials seem like they're good quality.

It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.

Their parts are fantastic and customer service is top-notch. I blew two of their TinyESCs (plugged them in backwards, entirely my fault) while testing one of my robots and got them both replaced at half price. I've never had one of their parts fail unexpectedly.
