Megalovania is also pretty awesome (maybe less when getting massacred by the boss who's having this theme)

And yeah i kinda took the original design route for this one, hopefully lack of invertibility won't screw me over too much

I would try and CAD it so that the self-righting panel goes out much further than you have it pictured. Based on what we see above, I would assume it cannot self-right because the angle is too shallow.

Otherwise, it's really not that bad.
This account is in a state of dimensional flux

Is that enough of an max angle ?:

Also, here is me trying to kill things with a semi-original design.

Image

This thing has a lifting arm linked to it's drive via differential, when i go forward the arm goes down and when i back off the arm goes up, however there are 2 special things with that arm:

1. it can be locked in position via a clutch

2. it hides a powerful pneumatic spike...

in theory the arm itself only requires one weapon power for the clutch, which means i have a lifter/spike hybrid with minimum investement in the lifter part and that can actually cause high damage...

...i guess with my obsession of victory is still there, let's hope i won't go too insane with it...

NFX isn't the only one making 1996 style bots:

Image

Here is Amoral Activities, made with a similar idea to Huggy Bear, except with the sliding arm replaced with a rotating alien head with a petrol driven sawblade, hence the horns doubling as exhaust pipes on the top, meant to pin the enemy on one side of the chassis with the arm and slice throught their side, also has side spikes for anti-ZK even tho a flipper can still own the design in 10 seconds.

first tinkercad bot, here is Chill Out !:

i'm honestly suprised with how easy to use and learn that thing is, but maybe my past "experience" with Rhino helped so idk.

apparently trackball's the new gimmick Monsterworks brought to the table, oh well, it allows all kinds of strafing with no drawback whatsoever so naturally i had to make a cancer brick out of them:

Image

two flipping ABR wedges at front and back cause that's fun, side hinged wedges cause fuck flankers, and it can strafe for maximum cancer

doesn't fighting this sounds like lots of !!FUN!! ?

Reminds me of Vertigo a little bit, from ARC Armageddon. I'm not sure why you'd want a flipper on both sides, though, that'd probably make self-righting more troublesome, and your extra manouverability would make it easier to keep one end pointed at the opponent.

Oh would you look at that, it's a new Golden Blaze:

Image

Strafing ring spinner with Hellachopper-esque flail hammers on industrial steel cables, here is a top view to show the thing's max range:

Image

Probably will fail cause either writers will find a miryad of dubious reasons to make it non-threatening or because it's not a walker since that's apparently a vital need for every HS ever these days
