Username/Alter-ego: Kadius
Real name: Kadius Altion Tyrfil IV
Gender: Male
Race/Species: Merman
Description: Tall and slender light blue-skinned humanoid, with the upper half of his body (waist-up) being mostly human (aside from the gills on the sides of his neck and his razor-sharp teeth) and the bottom half (waist-down) being covered in dark blue scales. His hair is black and pointy, and he has small fins on his arms and legs. His weapon is a giant, rusty magnet which he usually carries on his back. Usually wears loose-fitting shorts and a t-shirt, almost similar to swim trunks in consistency. Usually quick-witted and always coming up with plans, but somewhat irritable. Doesn't like people disagreeing with him.

History: Kadius comes from a long line of mermen who have been searching for their home for generations after it was lost under mysterious circumstances long ago. After reaching adulthood, he volunteered to join the search effort and discovered a magnet buried in the sand. He decided to take this magnet, and seeing it as a sign, went to the surface world in order to search for clues as to what happened to his home. After some time searching, he became frustrated at his lack of discoveries and eventually stumbled into the group he's in now. Along the way, he discovered an affinity for tinkering and was able to transform his magnet into a decent weapon.

Power(s):
-Can breathe underwater
-Natural underwater camouflage (just in case)
-Magnet allows him to harness magnetism
-Magnet can also separate into two halves (similar to Pit's bow in Smash Bros.) and be used as a battering ram weapon
-Incredibly quick researcher due to his years of searching for answers

Strength: 6
Will: 4
Stamina: 7
Speed: 9
Intelligence: 7
Perception: 7

I think I have enough characters. I'm not counting scorpion1m's character obviously because of the problems I'd have with it during the RPG, but it has a substantial cast already so expect this to start on the weekend, Friday at the earliest.

Alright, I'm editing the title of this thread, and making a new thread for the actual RPG! Any actual questions on the RPG itself, post it here and keep it off the actual RPG so it doesn't get cluttered.

Thanks for your patience, guys! Expect the opening post very soon!

I got bored and started keeping track of a few stats. Up to the point where Babadoo starts singing:

Characters who have not revealed their names: Benzine/Benjamin, Smoke/Casey, Electro/Bryan, Kadius, Draktar
-That's more than half the party.

Most talkative character: Drew
Least talkative character: Benzine/Benjamin, Electro/Bryan, Draktar
-With 20 speaking lines, Drew is well on his way to becoming the party face. Assuming, of course, the party doesn't turn against him.
-With 2 speaking lines apiece, the three-way tie for last includes only characters who have not revealed their names.

Number of posts before first infighting incident: 0
-I knew there would be some tension, but I didn't expect weapons to be drawn instantly :v: Sure made for an entertaining start, though.

Enemies defeated: 0
-Something tells me this number will be going up very soon.

Incidents caused accidentally by Kadius's magnet: 0
-Also will go up soon, I'm sure.

If other things become relevant, I'll account for them if/when I update. We're off to a good start!

Yes, it's very impressive that everyone managed to survive appearing in the forest clearing and taking the first steps along the path. Well done everyone!

It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.

I mean, I could kill you in the night. And even if I die in the process, my nanobots follow whatever command they were doing when I died.
