Im much faster, if I keep facing him with my front, I wont mind much being wedged (look at mah rear wheels, I can drive off! at speed!). Between multiple weapon rules and his weapon stat being 6 to begin with, his axe isnt fearsome, even more so considering axes are generaly designed NOT to hit the floor, meaning if I wedge him he wont hit me at all.

Use my superior driving to wedge him with my front, aiming for his sides or rear....

and get him to the pulverizers...

OR spinny things, but rather pulverizers...

Keep on coming and coming and coming...

Avoid the front, and try to flip over and over again to win on aggression. If near a hazard, get him firmly on the wedge and flip him into it.
