I'll use the anti-spinner setup on the drum. Just go at him and pop him with that drum. I can take anything he can dish out. If I can get him pinned he can't spin anymore. That's a good time to try and shove him around with my forks. Keep the drum facing him while he's spinning.

He has a gap on the front, just get the forks under and push him around. Avoid firing the bar, this will merely bump his weapon, unless I have a good shot. Drive slowly to compensate for traction.
