Is that a bad thing?Many users havent done this before so stats may be a bit weird, but I still think it's awesome. I think it'll let people know what they did wrong and improve for next time. Hopefully those users will come here for future tournaments.

Some updates for those who may not browse Reddit an awful lot:

Arena is being made by a writer, should be ready to go here soon.

I'm a moron and declared it a double elimination tourney without reading a few posts from people wanting something else so we will probably go with something else(really hoping for a world cup group format personally) and then we will get it together. So to those who got my PM, disregard that little bit. I'm still pretty well learning as I go on how to hold these events. It'll get much smoother as it grows, I promise.

That'd be awesome. Always room for more! The writers for this tournament seem really excited to be doing this and we have some crazy designs entered so far. I think it's gonna be a hit.

Hey guys! Another update!!

Arena: We will be using the ABC Battlebox sans hell raisers. Saws, hammers, screws, and ring out will still be available.

Also, we are having a few practice fight cards with 2 or 3 fights a week leading up to the start of the tournament. Feel free to participate in that.

We have officially less than a month to go until Hammerfall kicks off! The bots entered so far are all kinds of crazy. People have also entered some of the most unique designs I've seen in a long time. We already have 35 sign ups. I truly hope that we can break 40 by the time the tournament starts. Registration ends September 12th at midnight. If you haven't registered yet: I hope to see you there!

Week 1 practice results have been posted! Great first week with great fights!

Our writers are slowly getting the kinks out of everything and settling in to their roles. Although I had to moonlight as a writer this time around due to college move ins, I feel that everything went very well.

Another ARCer is fighting this week. Lets see what happens!

Also, if anybody wants to be a mod for Hammefall to work solely on coding and CSS to make our board pretty, please let me know ASAP.

Not sure I'm following, but because he has a crazy as shit weapon with little armor?

Like I said this is my first time running one of these, so I may be wrong on things from time to time. I hope ya'll will call me out or explain things if something is wrong--be it from me or from other people. This way everybody eventually gets on the same page and everything runs smoothly for the rest of this tournament and future tournaments(and with any luck when people come over here for tournaments)
