My point is, you put so much in armour that you compromise your other stats, enough to the point where you're going to get curbstomped by any decent rammer and lifter/flipper that knows what it's doing. Also, your example is too extreme, and under the current system it would still apply anyway; Murder Death Unit and anything else with 16 weapon would hardly be able to scratch it.
