Not according to the analysis. Mobile Failure and Fatality are said to be in a simple "win and in" situation.

Dr. Pepperdine needs to win and have Mr. NVNLW lose to clinche, but this is rather contridicted by NVNLW clinching with a win and a Poison loss. There's no real connect there.

I think the only clear thing is that the Defiance Conference sucks.
