Argh... I don't want to get bum-rushed out of the playoffs.

It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.

All those 23-22 losses pretty much doomed Final Boss. I never would have thought before the season that he'd be my only bot NOT to make it into the playoffs.

I know the feeling- that happened a lot to the Bomb here, too. Hopefully with my improvements though, I should see less of those next time around ;)

FINALS

The Servant's Assistant vs. D-REZ

Servant is only a little faster, so D-REZ can put his good hits to use. On the other hand, D-REZ has a very sketchy srimech as seen in previous matches, and Lian could take advantage of that with potential flips. Potential, however...I don't think Servant is going to get many flips here. By the end D-REZ should survive, and have gotten in many, many blows.

D-REZ = 65%

Jinx vs. Bad Wolf

Who's afraid of the big Bad Wolf? Kody won last time by using his tactics to take out Bad Wolf's weapon at the cost of his lifter. Martijn will be better prepared this time around, but he'll need to take advantage of Jinx's worse wedge and the armour value of 5. Bad Wolf is also slower, which complicates things. Overall, though, that disc will make a difference. Just how much of one remains to be seen.

Jinx = 55%

Slasher vs. Blood Thirsty

SCREAM BLOODY GORE

Dylan hates Slasher? Well here's his last chance. :P Overall that lifter on Slasher is going to make a hell of a difference. Dylan will need to either deadlock him and Chris, since his has the torque advantage, or get around the sides. Otherwise this is Slasher's fight and pleasedon'tkillmeDylan.

Slasher = 70%

Industrial Bastardization vs. Jack Frost

Well Jack Frost proved that Kody's thwacker isn't impervious to spinners by a long shot. Expect more of the same, as Industrial Bastardization tries to find some way to stop that spinner and fails. Yes, Chris, I'm predicting you get two championships, deal with it. :P

Jack Frost = 70%

Now go out there and prove me right! :P

Are we doing a finals chat again next sunday? Though it honestly won't be the same without Alex and Philip.

Yeah, I think we'll probably do that. Although we might still be able to track down Alex and Phiip despite the fact that they haven't been around much this season.

I don't know what you and Josh have decided but I can get online tonight around 9ish (roughly 1 hour from now) and help decide the final. It's really hard getting everyone together at the same and apologize for not being available last night, but we can make it work.
