It sucks going 0-5. You lose all 4 of your bot fights for the week and you also lose at life.

Zadkiel vs. Eight

Zadkiel wins by FF.

Dr Robotnik vs Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33;

If you were expecting a competitive, back-and-forth matchup, then I'm afraid I have some bad news&#33; As valiant as Steven was with his flipper, he wasn't able to catch Robotnik before the disc was up to full smashing speed, and the first hit almost took RTRWRA's frontal blade clean off. After a brief regrouping from both machines, Robotnik managed to take the wedge clean off. Sadly, RTRWRA wasn't able to get underneath Robotnik even once, and the Blood Gulch spinner was able to handily dispose of the Scottish flipper after a few more hits.

Dr. Robotnik wins by KO in 1:43

Smoke & Mirrors vs Red Zone

Are two bricks better than one? They certainly are if you are building a house. But what about in robotic combat? This, we are about to find out.

Out comes Red Zone, as do the monochrome midgets, Mirrors heading to the left, Smoke to the right. Chris makes a beeline straight for the shiny twin, who rides straight up the forks, and Red Zone sends Mirrors right into the wall. A good slam sees the arena spikes create a few nice scratches in the paintwork of Mirrors, and nearly topples one half of the multibot. However, Red Zone backs up straight onto the wedge of Smoke, who tries to direct the lifter towards the drum, but Chris is able to wriggle himself free before Smoke reaches its destination. Dylan tries the pincers attack again, but Mirrors can't shake off Red Zone, who manages to shovel him into the walls once again, this time managing to overturn one half of the clusterbot. Smoke, though, is right there once again to slip underneath the lifter, but can't quite control the lifterbot well enough, and can't quite push effectively enough to get Chris' machine towards the hazards. The rest of the match follows a similar pattern, with Red Zone bullying Mirrors around, and Smoke putting in an aggressive showing, but only one or two attacks come to fruition. By the end, Red Zone has a few nicks and dings taken out of it, but Mirrors is looking far worse for wear, although still definitly in one piece.

Aggression: 8-7 Red Zone
Damage: 9-6 Red Zone
Strategy: 9-6 Red Zone

Red Zone takes a 26-19 Judges' Decision over Smoke & Mirrors.

Dr. P vs Rascal

Both machines head out towards each other, Rascal with the forks, Dr.P with the hammer locked down in thwack mode. Phil seems to have anticipated this, as Alex begins the spin, and Rascal times his attack well, sliding the forks beneath the body of Dr. P. Up come the forks. Alex still has one wheel on the ground, though, and is squirming around, not letting Phil direct him where he wants, and soon he manages to slip off the forks. Now free, Dr. P swivels himself around and burrows beneath Rascal, aiming for the Drum, but it's slow going for Alex, and he can't get there before Phil is able to drive himself away. After a few seconds of jostling for position, Alex rushes in and delivers another thwack, spinning Rascal around a little, but can't follow up with a wedge this time, so gives another thwack. Rascal is sporting a few scratches and nicks by now, but again slips the forks beneath Dr. P, tilting him up into the air. Alex is wriggling again, but can't quite escape in time, and has to endure a good few moments of grinding from the Killsaws before he is shaken loose. Again, Dr. P returns to thwacking at the sides of Rascal, who is slowly accumulating a number of small dents, but when he does get underneath the Animal Cruelty machine, he doesn't seem to have the push he needs to capitalise, and Rascal is able to get Dr. P to the hazards a couple more times before the match ends.

Aggression: 8-7 Dr. P
Damage: 8-7 Rascal
Strategy: 8-7 Rascal

Rascal takes a 23-22 split decision over Dr. P

Certificate to Hurt People vs Jesus Built My Hotrod

Well, this certainly was an odd match to say the least. Jesus came out screaming at CtHP and stabbed at his front with the spikes, but managed to retreat before CtHP could react. This tactic repeats itself over and over again for the first minute and a half, with CtHP's front looking rather dented up and damaged. Eventually, a driver error let's CtHP back into the match as he lifts up Jesus and charges him into the hammers, which hit him thrice before he escapes. The match turns into an almost cat and mouse chase right at the end. Certificate's front looks badly damaged, while Jesus' top also looks a little worse for wear.

Aggression: 9-6 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Damage: 10-5 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Strategy: 8-7 Certificate To Hurt People

Jesus Built My Hotrod wins via a 26-19 decision.

Airazor vs. Cherex

Airazor isn't able to fully get past the large jutting wedge, but at least gets underneath it from the side. Airazor begins sliding along, edging closer to the main body and Cherex backs off quickly. Airazor keeps swerving around so Cherex doesn't get an opportunity to really line up his own wedge. So not much of anything get accomplished early on as they continue jockeying for position. At one point it looks like Cherex has wedged Airazor, but some maneuvering of the wings gets the clamper free before much can come of it. Ugh. Wait. Finally Airazor gets to Cherex's main body with a nice swerve and clamps down. Cherex gets taken to the saws and dig that grinding&#33; Airazor finishes off by slamming Cherex into the spike strip. Cherex comes out with the wedge again and slides under Airazor, but can't get it all the way to the clamp and Airazor tumbles off after a slam into the wall. Cherex get's clamped again and more saw action follows. That's about the last exciting thing to happen in the match.

Aggression: 8-7 Airazor
Damage: 13-2 Airazor
Strategy: 10-5 Airazor

Airazor wins 31-14

Bad Trip vs. Gaia Hammer

Bad Trip wins by FF

MW:

Merry Hampton BR vs. Jackal

Merry Hampton BR wins by FF.

Odium New Hero vs Sarge

Sarge wins by FF

The "No" Patrol vs Mimete

Mimete is going with the scoop today. I'm sure there are a great plenty in-jokes available, none of which I am aware of or will understand in the slightest. So.

Dylan's robot leads with the ring, getting it up to speed, but Kody is there in a flash, plowing straight into the hybrid machine. A lift sees The No Patrol overturned, and Kody continues trying to force Dylan's macine towards the corners. The No Patrol self-rights itself, and scoots away from Mimete, but Mimete is there almost immediately again, and Dylan finds himself overturned once again. This time, he isn't able to self-right in time, and Kody deposits The No Patrol underneath the Pulverizer. Dylan eats a pretty heavy shot, and manages to self-right from there, but Mimete is relentless, and The No Patrol is overturned yet again. This is pretty much how the match plays out for the remainder. Dylan does get one or two properly good flips of his own in during the fight, and Mimete's scoop looks to have some quite severe gashes and chunks taken out of it by the end, but The No Patrol really suffered here, the repeated hammer shots obviously having shaken something loose, and The No Patrol ends the match upside-down beneath the pulverizers, totally unresponsive and counted out.

Mimete wins by KO in 2:37

March or Die vs. Green Dragon

March or Die blazes out as though he was shot out of a cannon. Green Dragon comes out purposefully, but at the last second he turns about and thwacks. The tail hits MoD's angled side, but the side's steep enough to phase the playzooki machine. Unfortunately it only sends him 45 degrees, and MoD is able to wedge Green Dragon enough to drive and fully get under him. Green Dragon tries opening the wings, but MoD's flipper pops up and just barely manages to get Green Dragon onto his back. Now severely handicapped, Green Dragon resorts to his thwacking strategy. A few times it works, and after a while MoD has some dented up sides, but he really continues to throw Green Dragon everywhere for the remainder, and Chris' machine definitely looks the worse for wear when the buzzer finally sounds.

Aggression: 10-5 March or Die
Damage: 8-7 March or Die
Strategy: 8-7 Green Dragon

March or Die wins a 25-20 judges' decision over Green Dragon.

<big>WEEK 3:</big>

LW:

Dr. Robotnik vs. Gaia Hammer

RRRRRRROBOTNIK&#33; Does what a Robotnik can&#33; And though Gaia Hammer valiantly tries to fight for the back of Robotnik, the megalomaniacal geezer is able to bring his bar in and utterly demolish the side of Gaia Hammer, sending metal flying. Another hit completely tears the side out, and leaves Gaia Hammer dead in the middle of the box. Feeling particularly metal-hungry, the moustache of doom continues ripping away at Gaia Hammer and rips out motors, severing the axe before the countout arrives. Eek.

Dr. Robotnik wins by KO in 0:59.

Cherax vs. Dr. P

Okay, so Cherax wants to lead with the wedge up in the air... except he doesn't. Spatula tries to position him like that, but it tips right over onto its clamps. Whoops. Spatula frowns and tries again. No go. So he's forced to have the wedge down in front of the jaws. Man, Spatula doesn't look happy at all.

Okay, match START&#33; Dr. P jukes off to one side and Spatula tries to follow him. Cherax turns a bit but can't expect Dr. P to juke the other way. Dr. P gets to the side and starts hammering away. But it doesn't do much to the wedge at all. Dr. P gets him to the hammer anyway and Cherax takes a beating. When Cherax is let go, he tries to make his tactic work again. He gets Dr. P on the wedge but Dr. P manages to escape. Throughout the match we have Dr. P getting under the side of the wedge more, not doing much damage to Cherax on his own but using the hazards to good effect. When Cherax gets under, Dr. P manages to escape. At one point, though, Cherax did manage to get Dr. P to the killsaws, and that grinds the Dutch axe up a bit.

Aggression: 9-6 Dr. P
Damage: 9-6 Dr. P
Strategy: 11-4 Dr. P

Dr. P wins a 29-16 judges' decision over Cherax.

Airazor vs Eight

Airazor wins via FF

War Bastard 2 vs Bad Trip

This was a fairly short match, first collision saw the front wedge of Bad Trip get severely warped. Two shots later and War Bastard managed to rip the thing clear off. After that, War Bastard targeted a wheel and three hits later, the wheel is torn off. Max taps out to prevent any further damage.

War Bastard wins via TKO at 1:06

Rascal vs. Certificate to Hurt People

Both bots move out. Rascal gets under, and lifts him up. He takes CtHP to the killsaws. BZZT. Yay, sparks. CtHP is angry&#33;&#33;&#33; He escapes, and angles under Rascal's forks, then gets fully under and takes Rascal to the pulverizer. Pow&#33; Pow&#33; Rascal takes a beating but gets away. There wasn't much more to the match than that, sadly. Both of them got under a fairly even amount, and both suffered hazard damage. Rascal gets the last attack in by slamming CtHP into the hammer.

Aggression: 8-7 Certificate to Hurt People
Damage: 8-7 Certificate to Hurt People
Strategy: 8-7 Rascal

Certificate to Hurt People wins a 23-22 split judges' decision over Rascal.

Red Zone vs. Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33;

Red Zone is off to the races&#33; And no, it's not because I made a "Red Zone" based car in NFS. Nope. Totally not the reason. Uh, this clearly isn't going anywhere. Red Zone goes after the sides of Wrighty (fuck it, I'm calling it that from now on :v: ), but doesn't get them. Instead, he gets under the corners of the flipper and tries lifting them up. Well Wrighty could escape if he had higher speed, but doesn't, and he tries firing the flipper to shake himself loose. It doesn't work. He almost looks like Uplifting Experience, actually. Whatever. Red Zone gets him to the saws. BZZT. Wait, is there damage? Negativo. Maybe. Red Zone continue to dominate, and eventually gets Wrighty into the drum. FLIP&#33; Wrighty gets decked and has to WRIGHT (HAR HAR) himself. And then gets pushed back into the - WHOA&#33; Wrighty's flipper piston got nailed&#33; That won't do... Red Zone gets him into the drum again, and that's right. Wrighty is flipped but now cannot wright himself. Meowth, that's WRIGHT&#33;&#33;&#33; (har har)

Red Zone wins by KO in 2:00.

Jesus Built My Hotrod vs. Zadkiel

As you would expect, Jesus is off with a flash and charging straight for Zadkiel. For his part Zadkiel is also maneuvering towards the rammer while getting his disc going. Seeing the disc going at a near full strength, Nick decides to divert his bot around to the undercutter's side. So with a cool looking swerve Jesus makes a quick change of direction and begins looping around. Lian tries to compensate, but the speed is too much to keep up with and Jesus starts pushing against the wheel pods. Jesus is pushing Zadkiel towards the killsaws, but Zadkiel whips around as best as he can and gets a glancing shot on Jesus's side. Nick backs Jesus off a bit and tries to orient Jesus closer to the back of Zadkiel and push again. The end result is still fairly similar and a small chunk of Jesus's side panel goes flying off. At this point Nick decides to just go for and rams straight into the disc. He's basically got it stopped enough to begin pushing Zadkiel. Lian tries to waggle Zadkiel free, but Jesus's speed keeps him from being able to completely get clear enough to get the disc going. Unfortunately for Jesus, he's unable to direct Zadkiel to the hazards and has to settle for ramming him into the wall. He's able to hold him there for awhile, but can't really accomplish much more. Eventually he has to back off and Zadkiel's disc is back up to speed. Jesus rushes it again and loses a couple spikes, but forces Zadkiel back into the wall. Nick is doing everything he can to try and work Zadkiel towards the hazards, but it's just not happening. Jesus loses a couple more front spikes the next time he rams Zadkiel and the match is over shortly after that.

Aggression: 13-2 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Damage: 14-1 Zadkiel
Strategy: 9-6 Zadkiel

Zadkiel wins 25-20

Guerilla vs. Smoke & Mirrors

Well Guerilla is using the thwack set-up, but ehh... He's kinda able to deflect the multi-bot for a little while, but eventually they really start ganging up on him and driving him around the hazards and shit. Wow much result.

Aggression: 13-2 Smoke & Mirrors
Damage: 10-5 Smoke & Mirrors
Strategy: 12-3 Smoke & Mirrors

Smoke & Mirrors wins 35-10

MW:

Freezerburn vs. Sarge

Sarge goes forward with the lifter upraised... kinda. Interesting. Freezerburn moves off to the side to, predictably, get his weapon spinning. He's fully spun up by the time Sarge manages to catch him, and Sarge now lowers the lifter onto the top part of the bar. Unfortunately this doesn't go so well as Freezerburn manages to catch the side of the lifter and send Sarge askew. Freezerburn spins back up and knock Sarge's lifter again as Sarge re-attempts the trick. Josh simply says "fuck it" at this point and goes with the plow. There is a more impressive hit here as both robots go flying. Sarge's plow is looking slashed up pretty good but Freezerburn is slowed down. Freezerburn gets back up to speed and heads to the center of the arena as Sarge flies in with the plow again. The plow gets beaten more but Freezerburn gets knocked near the wall, precisely what Nick didn't want. He drives along the wall to avoid Sarge getting a clear shot away, but Sarge gets him anyway. The plow now looks really badly chewed up but Freezerburn gets mashed against the wall. Sarge switches over to the lifter, but Freezerburn is already half spun-up when they meet and the bar goes up the lifter and knocks the lifter teeth, sending Freezerburn away. Sarge tries keeping the lifter on him, but the next hit is bigger and gouges one of the teeth, so Sarge goes back to the plow. It's tough, but Sarge manages to knock Freezerburn into the wall again after a few hits, though Sarge's plow is little more than a memory at this point. Freezerburn gets slid under by the lifter and Sarge tries to lift him over. He eventually does so, and Freezerburn helplessly tries to use the flag to self-right. No go. The problem? There's only 5 seconds left in the match&#33; An audible "Ugh..." can be heard from Josh, as the buzzer goes off and it goes to the judges. Nick mops his brow.

Aggression: 13-2 Sarge
Damage: 15-0 Freezerburn
Strategy: 8-7 Freezerburn

Freezerburn wins a 25-20 judges' decision over Sarge.

Incredible Dong Adventure vs. Clawdius Minimus

Um... yeah. This match was a bit of a travesty. Dong tried going around the back of Clawdius but Clawdius was able to keep facing him. They got under each other fairly often, Dong failing to really flip Clawdius but ramming him around, and Clawdius making use of the hazards. At the end, well... you be the judge. Except you can't, because we already have three. Muhahahaha.

Aggression: 9-6 Incredible Dong Adventure
Damage: 9-6 Clawdius Minimus
Strategy: 10-5 Clawdius Minimus

Clawdius Minimus wins a 25-20 judges' decision over Incredible Dong Adventure.

Mimete vs Odium New Hero

Mimete wins via FF

Square Wave vs The No Patrol 2

Sorry Badnik, but this one was Square Wave's from the start. He managed to get right underneath that front of No Patrol and then shunted and flipped him around the shop. That's not to say that No Patrol didn't get his hits in as he did get some nice shots on the scoop. But the hazard damage proved too much to the base armour of No Patrol 2 as he expires under the hammers

Square Wave wins via KO at 2:06

March or Die vs. Stingray

Stingray leads with the hook attachment. WOOT&#33;&#33;&#33; Ahem. March or Die moves out but is gotten under immediately. He takes MoD to the drum... FLIP&#33; MoD is inverted. MoD rights itself... push. FLIP&#33; MoD is inverted. It takes about 5 times, but MoD finally escapes, but his rear end isn't looking too hot and a minute has already gone by. Next meeting, MoD gets under and throws Stingray onto his back. Stingray immediately drives at the drum... FLIP&#33; Stingray is back... and MoD gets under him. Back into the drum. Now Stingray gets a taste of his own medicine. Quite the lashing, there. Stingray takes blow after blow, but eventually escapes. He then gets under MoD again and drums him. Wow, the drum is seeing a lot of action this match. MoD gets away from the drum quickly this time, but Stingray gets the harpoon under him again and forces him to the hammer. Pow&#33; MoD spend the rest of the match under those.

Aggression: 9-6 Stingray
Damage: 9-6 March or Die
Strategy: 10-5 Stingray

Stingray wins a 25-20 judges' decision over March or Die.

Green Dragon vs. Jackal

Okay, first off, his name's Green Dragon. This isn't a battle of Welsh robots unless it's Dan vs. Swimm3r. :P Second of all, his name's GREEN Dragon. Smaug isn't green. :P

Anyway, RFT. Green Dragon gets close to Jackal and then tries thwacking. Jackal gets knocked by the blow, but turns in time... to get another thwack. After that, Jackal isn't pleased. He goes into the direction of the thwack, and gets under Green Dragon. He carries Dragon to the wall and... just misses the flip. Green Dragon's wings worked well there. Jackal keeps at it, but unlike March or Die, it just ain't happening. Jackal has to release Green Dragon and this time Chris begins to get fired off. Green Dragon flies straight at the Jackal and looks like he's going to thwack, but does it the other way. Jackal takes three consecutive blows. They don't do anything major but they allow Green Dragon to slide the lifter underneath. Chris immediately takes him to the wall. SLAM. Ouch. Now Jackal gets held. Chris tries to slide him to a hazard in time, but no go. After that, Jackal gets back in control, timing the thwacks from Green Dragon better. He manages two more slams and nearly overturns Green Dragon again the second time, but doesn't manage it. Green Dragon gets Jackal one last time and flips him over at the end.

Aggression: 12-3 Jackal
Damage: 10-5 Green Dragon
Strategy: 9-6 Green Dragon

Jackal wins a 23-22 split judges' decision over Green Dragon.

Dancing Headless vs. Sweet Tooth

Dancing Headless slugs away from his square to move closer to the spiked wall, but Sweet Tooths furious charge makes him abandon that journey (but don't stop believing Philip&#33;) for the moment and turn his own drum at his oncoming opponent. The drums collide with a crunch. Dancing Headless smacks up against the wall while Sweet Tooth gets popped back and does an about-face. With this positioning Sweet Tooth is able to wedge under DH and slam him into the wall. He isn't able to do much besides hold him there though, so he just eats up clock. After ST has to back off, DH gets his drum facing him again and we get another head to head collision. DH isn't quite as badly off as he was after that first one so we get another big collision soon after. In fact we get a few more in succession. The drums are starting to wear down a bit, but Dancing Headless has also gotten some contact on the much more exposed front of Sweet Tooth leaving it fairly beat up in addition. Still, Sweet Tooth is able to slam and pin Dancing Headless one more time to use up the remaining time of the fight.

Aggression: 11-4 Sweet Tooth
Damage: 12-3 Dancing Headless
Strategy: 9-6 Sweet Tooth

Sweet Tooth wins 23-22

Merry Hampton BR vs. Lost Ring

Well this one was kind of a laugher. Lost ring did pretty much everything it could to avoid Merry Hampton, but it was ultimately an exercise in futility. Merry Hampton rammed the crap out of him and kept him under the hammers a bunch. That's pretty much the long and short of it.

Merry Hampton BR wins by KO in 1:28

HW:

Truth or Consequences vs. Hammer/Sickle

Okay. Seriously? I don't know what Mr. AwsumSauce was smoking when he made this thing, but there was no fucking way he was winning against ToC. True, neither of the bots got knocked out, but nor would they even remotely obey Mr. AS' controls. Actually maybe it was a good thing Mr. AS entered this thing, because the crowd (and both competitors too) was howling. ToC was utterly bemused and just went after one of them. He got the odd flip in, when they bounced into a corner, and sent them sky-high, but really they were just too hard to catch. At one point they crashed into each other and then ToC got another flip in. Reminds me of Hack and Slash from ReBoot. Would that make ToC Megabyte? ToC could use some incompetent underlings. Ah who cares, Hammer spends the last few seconds making love to the drum and gets tipped into the air, while Sickle crashes into ToC and gets launched across the arena.

Aggression: 12-3 Truth or Consequences
Damage: 15-0 Truth or Consequences
Strategy: 15-0 Truth or Consequences

Truth or Consequences wins a 42-3 judges' decision over Hammer/Sickle.

Elvira 2 vs. Klarinette

Well this was going to be a good match, but Elvira never showed up. Klarinette complains about the good old days.

Batman, meanwhile, threw the Teen Titans into another dimension, shaped exactly like Iron Awe 5's face vinyl. Back with Depeche Mode, though, they had decided to fight Envy in a misguided duel in the Titans tower. Robin made a Spanish omelette from the kidneys of a gargantuan alternate universe version of Bill Nye the Science Guy. Raven sat up in bed, realising that she forgot to put the kettle on. She walked over to the kitchen but she was hit by Timothy's right-hand man; she viciously retaliated using a television showing the finest keg of Captain Morgan's vomit, fat-free with no additives. Meanwhile, Beast Boy was praying for more Skittles, but he got diet Ginger Ale instead, and duly complained to the cast of Robot Wars U.S. about the low standard of refreshments served in the pits and the lack of catfish slapping people in the face which they felt added to the nervous wreck's collection of glowsticks of the 1970s. Then Cyborg walked in and madly inserted his head in the slot of Chaos 2's flipper and promptly died from overdosing on Lithium Ion Cell batteries. Meanwhile, back on Mars, the Tamaranians worshipped Starfire because their brains had been removed and so was their home planet into an episode of House where they were ordered to sit an entrance examination to the uprising New World Order. Having surpassed Paul's post count, Martijn took Starfire, and they went to murder Kody with a sponge, but failed miserably. On the thousand post planet... nothing happened. Back on Earth, in the land without brackets, Black Sabbath had banded together to bring punctuation to the page of all unwritten laws as the sheriff warned them "What ink are you using?" And the voice said, "Sale..." Everybody was confused, resulting in postmen failing to perform their unholy eight-bit representation of the labours of Heracles, as expressed in full in the magic depths of a large seahorse's unmentionables.

Klarinette then smacks the writer upside the head for copy-pasting a 5 word story thread between Kody and Joey as a fight. Hey, it was filler, alright?&#33;

Klarinette wins by FF.

Malevolence 3 vs MiDAS

Both bots doing really well here, both on 2-0. One's gonna go 3-0, and the other will go 2-1. Who will it be?

Well find out case the box is locked, the lights are on, it's robot fighting time&#33;

Both bots come out carefully, MiDAS with the scoop and Malevolence gets it's weapon up to speed. Both bots start to move towards one another as Malevolence takes the initiative and gets the first shot in on the side of the scoop and knocks MiDAS away. The side of the scoop has some notable damage done to it. After that, MiDAS is a lot more careful and by a stroke of luck, MiDAS actually manages to slip underneath Malevolence. MiDAS takes the chance and charges it into the wall and pins him there. Malevolence's weapon has stopped as MiDAS flails away with the axe, smacking the caging for the motor really hard. It's bent the caging majorly, but can't seem to reach the motor, plus MiDAS now has to back off. Once he does, Malevolence makes up for lost time by smashing into the sides of the plow and even manages to rip chunks out of the side of it. The left hand side of the scoop is looking severely warped and bent but MiDAS presses on. After another hit, there's a large gash in the front of MiDAS's scoop, but Malevolence bounced away and landed in the path of the pulverizer. Quickly capitalizing, MiDAS races in to trap Malevolence in the hammers path with beats down on the caging. Eventually, the pulverizer gets through the caging and damages the motor enough that Malevolence's weapon stops spinning. MiDAS see's this as he limps along and gets underneath him, with an almighty lift and charge across the box, MiDAS manages to tip Malevolence up and over. With no way of righting himself, Malevolence is counted out.

MiDAS wins via KO at 2:51

Dreadnought vs Striker

At first, Striker was able to totally dominate this match, he got to the sides of Dreadnought and wedged him. Flipped him with the spinning rack and charged him about the arena, most notably the killsaws and the walls. Dreadnought self-righted a bunch but Striker was all over him. At the halfway point of this match, some tricky driving allows Dreadnought to make a dramatic comeback by getting fully underneath and flipping Striker, and again, and again, and again. Dreadnought then scoops him up and takes him to the hammers, which beat down on his armour. Strike comes out looking worse for wear as Dreadnought flips him once more. It appears that Dreadnought may be low on Co2, but he pushes Striker against the wall. Striker squirms free and flips Dreadnought over once more with the rack before the buzzer sounds.

Aggression: 10-5 Dreadnought
Damage: 10-5 Striker
Strategy: 8-7 Dreadnought

Dreadnought wins via a split 23-22 decision.

Babaganoush vs. Parasite

Parasite deploys his hit-and-run tactics. Boy, do they work. Babaganoush gets carved into. And Parasite is able to slip away every time without retaliation, partially due to his better speed and decent control. Around a minute left in the match, Babaganoush loses the bottom part of his flipper, so it's only a matter of time. Baba tries to act as a rammer, but it just doesn't work out for him and he takes heavy hits until the buzzer. Man, that was some carnage.

Aggression: 11-4 Babaganoush
Damage: 15-0 Parasite
Strategy: 12-3 Parasite

Parasite wins a 31-14 judges' decision over Babaganoush.

Diablo vs. The Wall

The Wall gets under first here and slams Diablo into the wall (actual wall, not the bot...). Yeah anyway, Diablo is being sandwiched against the spike strip and Wall is content to eat up that clock (gotta pad that armor with something&#33;) After they get separated the go head to head again. This time Diablo is able to wedge his bulky opponent. With the drum going he shoves the bricky bot into the killsaws. Wall is only showing some minor cosmetic damage (I wish there was 10 armor paint&#33;) and they go back at it. This fight is mostly about them trading off a couple more wedgings since Wall uses up so much time when he slams Diablo. Diablo did manage to get Wall over to the hammers once, and just got him back to the saws at the buzzer.

Aggression: 10-5 The Wall
Damage: 13-2 Diablo
Strategy: 8-7 The Wall

Diablo wins 25-20

Golden Blaze vs. Snijmachine

We get a few rather impressive collisions from this fight and Golden Blaze actually got in a half clean shot or two on Snij, but eventually Alex's spinner was able to take control of the fight and really start laying into Blaze.

Snijmachine wins by KO in 1:53

Mass Hypnosis vs. Murder is Fun

Murder is Fun is trying to go after the wheels. Suffice it to say this doesn

<big>WEEK 4:</big>

LW:

Red Zone vs. Gaia Hammer

Red Zone ultimately dominates this match. He does a good job avoiding the hammer of Bob's robot, despite getting hit a few times, and manages to swing GH into the hazards for the match. For his part GH tries to avoid it, but Red Zone is just too fast and well-driven, and Bob sees his robot expire under the hammer at the 2 minute mark.

Red Zone wins by KO at 2:00.

Dr. Robotnik vs. War Bastard

Hot spinner on spinner action. Kinky. Err... They collide several, several times in the match. After about the tenth hit, both War Bastard's lower disc and Robotnik's disc are too damaged to be effective weapons... no matter, War Bastard's got another disc&#33; Unfortunately he's now somewhat unstable... well so is Robotnik. Uhh... I dunno. I guess War Bastard manages to get one shot on Robotnik's chassis before the match ends. Fuck if I know.

Aggression: 8-7 Dr. Robotnik
Damage: 8-7 War Bastard
Strategy: 8-7 Dr. Robotnik

Dr. Robotnik wins a 23-22 split judges' decision over War Bastard.

Eight vs. Dr. P

Dr. P wins by FF.

Zadkiel vs. Rascal

No extensions this time, Philip? Well, alllll righty then.

Rascal stays put. Wha? Zadkiel goes to mid-arena, and Rascal suddenly bolts out of his square and starts with the circling. We get an extended period of Rascal trying to get around to Zadkiel's rear and the latter doing a decent job of fending him off. Rascal then snags the back corner of Zadkiel. He tries to lift, and does so, but has a bad grip and Zadkiel falls off the lifter. What's more, he gets a HUGE hit on the side of Rascal that rips him open like an aluminium can. Zadkiel tries to get another hit but Rascal retreats. Philip keeps going for the sides/rear of Zadkiel (preferably the rear) but he isn't having much luck. Rascal takes another huge shot in the same area and this time the innards can be seen, but Rascal is moving fine as ever. On the third attempt, Rascal finally hits gold. He gets cleanly under the rear corner and starts to lift. Zadkiel's disc hits the ground and due to the shape of teeth, comes harshly into contact with the ground. Zadkiel goes spinning away from Rascal, who quickly scoops him up and delivers him to the killsaws. Zadkiel gets a massive dose of killsaws. A huge cut can be seen in the side of Zadkiel from the saws, but like Rascal he's not showing signs of internal damage. Zadkiel gets away eventually, and Rascal begins his tactic again. It doesn't work out and Rascal takes a massive hit (again), and some part of Rascal is ejected from the robot upon the hit. Rascal is now moving sluggishly but there's 5 seconds left in the match, and Zadkiel only has time for a minor hit before the buzzer.

Aggression: 10-5 Rascal
Damage: 11-4 Zadkiel
Strategy: 10-5 Zadkiel

Zadkiel wins a 26-19 judges' decision over Rascal.

Cherax vs. Certificate to Hurt People

CtHP goes full throttle into Cherax and goes right onto the wedge into the jaws. Cherax immediately feeds him to the pulverizer, mostly because playzooki's tactic of trying to lift himself off doesn't work at all. CtHP comes out looking pounded, but manages to get under during the next meeting. Cherax's wedge meets the front of CtHP and CtHP lifts it away, but Cherax immediately more into the front and clamps down. Wow. Um... where do we go from here? Well Cherax's jaws are under CtHP enough to lift his two front wheels off the ground, so Cherax takes the torque advantage. Cherax sends him to the killsaws. BZZT. More hazard damage for playzooki, ouch. Cherax continues to get the better of CtHP, whether he gets under or not, and playzooki's bot accumulates a lot of hazard damage. Eventually the buzzer goes off and CtHP limps back to its square.

Aggression: 9-6 Cherax
Damage: 15-0 Cherax
Strategy: 12-3 Cherax

Cherax wins a 36-9 judges' decision over Certificate to Hurt People.

Jesus Built My Hotrod vs. Airazor

These two are zooming for a head on collision&#33; Jesus drives straight up the wedge towards the claw&#33; Wait what? Well, the force sends Airazor back a foot or so, but he's contentedly got Jesus clamed. Here we go to the killsaws. Look at them grinding away at the tires&#33; Ummm... Next time Jesus tries getting around to the sides of Airazor. This is moderately more intelligent, but he's still having an issue getting a good surface to ram into with his full speed. He manages to dance out of clamping range though. Inexplicably he ends up ramming at the front again. Well, Kody is more than happy to take the easy clamp and back to the saws. The right wheel is looking rather gimpy, but Jesus keeps buzzing around. It's mostly much of the same for the rest of the fight.

Aggression: 9-6 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Damage: 10-5 Airazor
Strategy: 13-2 Airazor

Airazor wins 29-16

Bad Trip vs. Smoke & Mirrors

Bad Trip is ready to go after silvery Mirrors, but it's the dark Smoke that comes after him, so he decides to go after him instead. Racist swine. Anyway, a static wedge vs. Underall teeth goes pretty much as well as you'd expect, which is to say not so hot. Well Bad Trip gets a bad trip to the pulverizers. Pound, pound, pound goes the hammer. It's really not fair at that point as Bad Trip has virtually zero space to escape and keeps getting shoved under the hammer. Bad Trip is starting to move extremely gimply and eventually is counted out.

Smoke & Mirrors wins by KO in 2:14

Guerilla vs. Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33;

Guerilla charges like a madman at Right Thoughts, which is a pretty mad thing to do actually. Right Thoughts easily gets under the anti-spinner stuff and flips him over. Well Guerilla is pretty helpless now and Right Thought's pretty much dominates the fight from there on out and slams Guerilla around pretty much at will and takes him to the hazards and stuff.

Aggression: 12-3 Right Thoughts
Damage: 15-0 Right Thoughts
Strategy: 14-1 Right Thoughts

Right Thoughts wins 41-4

MW:

The "No" Patrol vs. Clawdius Minimus

The "No" Patrol goes in with the flipper and finds that's a big mistake. Clawdius gets under almost immediately and crunches down. His amazing torque means that he's able to push The "No" Patrol around. At one point the spinner comes into contact with Clawdius and does some good damage, but Clawdius withstands it as he crunches No Patrol and holds him over the pulverizers, which do a massive number on No Patrol's body. Clawdius actually is also doing damage with his claw, and after 30 seconds of pounding, No Patrol is moving incredibly slow. Clawdius manages to move in and take him out with a second trip.

Clawdius Minimus wins by KO at 1:25.

Incredible Dong Adventure vs. Sarge

Sarge used lift. It's super effective. Incredible Dong Adventure used Self-Right. All status changes were eliminated. Sarge used lift. It's super effective. Incredible Dong Adventure used Self-Right. Blah blah blah. Okay, fine, eventually Sarge gets him to the hammers, and does this several times in the match. Dong survives but only because armour. And, uh... stuff. Yeah I got nothing.

Aggression: 15-0 Sarge
Damage: 15-0 Sarge
Strategy: 15-0 Sarge

Sarge wins a 45-0 unanimous judges' decision over Incredible Dong Adventure.

Odium New Hero vs. Square Wave

Square Wave w00ts by FF.

March or Die vs. Dancing Headless

Dancing Headless starts out wedge first. MoD charges and and slides underneath. Dancing Headless starts creeping up the wedge. MoD fires the flipper and DH's drum face-plants into the floor. From here things really start going downhill for DH as MoD begins ramming him repeatedly into the walls (drum first mind you) and flipping him whenever he looks like he'll be getting free. DH never really gets much of a foothold in this fight and only gets in some licks when he turns to use the drum later on.

Aggression: 14-1 March or Die
Damage: 10-5 March or Die
Strategy: 12-3 March or Die

March or Die wins 36-9

Merry Hampton BR vs. Sweet Tooth

Man, the less said about this shit, the better. Merry Hampton completely pwns Sweet Tooth around the arena. Sweet Tooth does everything he can to avoid Merry Hampton's relentless assault, but it's just not happening. MH's plow does a pretty good job of just absorbing whatever offense Sweet Tooth can manage.

Aggression: 14-1 Merry Hampton BR
Damage: 12-3 Merry Hampton BR
Strategy: 13-2 Merry Hampton BR

Merry Hampton BR wins 39-6

Freezerburn vs. Mimete

Freezerburn has been on a hell of a good run again against the lifter rammers, let's see if he can keep his streak going&#33; As usual, he shunts off away from his opponent. Mimete is charging in with the scoop and there's a colossal collision. Freezerburn skitters madly away. Mimete is momentarily disoriented but is soon back in pursuit. It's a cat-and-mouse game as Freezerburn is trying to stick and move. He's doing a pretty good job keeping away from the walls and Mimete's plow is getting more and more ripped up as time goes on. Mimete gets a big breakthrough when Freezerburn ends up skittering over the killsaws. This completely kills his momentum and Mimete is finally able to get to him without having to deal with the spinner. Mimete slams Freezerburn up against the spike wall and tries to flip him over. Freezerburn is kind of getting caught up on the spikes making this very difficult. Mimete backs up a bit to come back in at a different angle and Freezerburn desperately tries to drive away. Oof&#33; Another rough slam. Mimete is still having issues flipping Freezerburn over and only manages with a handful of seconds left on the clock.

Aggression: 15-0 Mimete
Damage: 13-2 Freezerburn
Strategy: 10-5 Mimete

Mimete wins 27-18

Lost Ring vs. Green Dragon

Green Dragon wins by FF

Jackal vs. Stingray

With both bots charging at each other, we won't have to wait long for a collision. The crowd is chanting for the harpoon (Har-poon&#33;, Har-poon&#33;...), but will they get to see it in action early? No, as it turns out as Jackal swerved around enough before they collided to avoid getting speared. Jackal clamps down and then begins lifting Stingray. He doesn't have the most solid grip on him and Stingray goes tumbling off to the side, but still right-side up. Stingray loops back around and lines up a shot with the harpoon and gets a glancing shot in as Jackal puts everything into trying to get clear. Jackal is momentarily put on the run as Jackal is relentlessly perusing with the harpoon. Jackal ends up getting a fairly nice shot in and catches Jackal on the harpoon (from Hell's heart I stab at thee&#33;) and then gets rammed into the pulverizers. Jackal takes a few hits before getting loose from the harpoon and then tries to get back on the offensive. He narrowly avoids another lancing and wedges/clamps Stingray again. This time he has him locked in enough to flip him over. Stingray still tries to ram and punch, but the harpoon is robbed of some of it's bite and Jackal is able to repay him for the earlier trip to the hammers. Jackal's underside is dented up by the hazard and he is rammed roughly into the wall a few times. Both bots are still mostly going full throttle by the buzzer though.

Aggression: 9-6 Stingray
Damage: 10-5 Jackal
Strategy: 8-7 Stingray

Jackal wins 23-22

HW:

Truth or Consequences vs. Dreadnought

Well here we go, war of independence again. Will ToC finally get his revenge or will Dreadnought extend GF93's winning streak over ToC? Let's get stuck in.

Dreadnought moves off to the side. Truth or Consequences just barrels straight at Dreadnought. Dreadnought manages to keep enough control to land his wedge into ToC's front corners. He tries to push further in but ToC shakes himself away. Dreadnought moves back and continues to circle. Next time they meet, they go head-to-head. Dreadnought, however, gets under. Again, though, he doesn't have the ability to flip from there and ToC backs off in time. Well. This clearly isn't the most exciting match, is it? Both robots are being quite passive here, except when ToC makes the odd charge here and there. Finally Dreadnought gets a break through and manages to get under ToC from the corner, enough to pop the flipper. ToC goes tumbling but thankfully stays right side up. ToC rushes in and now gets under Dreadnought. ...FLIP&#33;&#33; There, that's what we wanted to see&#33; Dreadnought goes spiralling, but also manages to land right-side-up. He moves away before ToC can move back in, and we're suddenly at Square One. Typical. Dreadnought keeps playing strategical, and ToC is fending him off with some charges. Eventually Dreadnought gets under again and manages to pop ToC over onto his back for the first time in the match. ToC self-rights but Dreadnought tips him over again, right onto the killsaws. Before Dreadnought can react, they send ToC away from the front of Dreadnought, and ToC self-rights safely. Again, we're back to square one. God damn it. The crowd starts to boo. Well done, you blithering idiots. Wait. ToC charged and caught Dreadnought off-guard&#33; Flip&#33; Dreadnought... went into a 360&#33; Alex charges forward, but ToC's arm is already down. However, he still gets under ToC. Flip. ToC goes flying onto his back. ToC rights himself and goes flying over the back of Dreadnought. Both bots turn around. ToC rams into Dreadnought. Dreadnought gets under, but not enough and ToC backs off. It's a vicious cycle... *yawn* Dreadnought aims once again for the corners. He manages to get them again, but ToC doesn't let him get under than that and squeaks away. Dreadnought flies after him but time suddenly runs out. Ugh.

Aggression: 9-6 Truth or Consequences
Damage: 9-6 Dreadnought
Strategy: 8-7 Dreadnought

Dreadnought wins a 23-22 split judges' decision over Truth or Consequences.

Elvira 2 vs. Murder Is Fun&#33;

Murder Is Fun&#33; wins by FF.

Klarinette vs. Babaganoush

Babe vs. Baba. Let's have a go at it&#33;

Klarinette takes her sexy ass out of the square and goes in for the sides Babaganoush. She fails, but slides down the flipper before the flip comes. Sheesh, Baba, nearly flipped himself. Klarinette wedges Babaganoush and goes a massive slam into the hammer zone. Baba gets a huge dosage of hammer, from both Klarinette's double hammers and the pulverizer. Only the pulverizer is really doing anything, though. When Babaganoush gets out of there, he looks slightly dented but otherwise okay. In comes Klarinette again, but this time Baba strikes gold. Klarinette flies up onto the basin and is launched into the air. Kerplunk. Klarinette lands upside-down. Good thing those antennae aren't worn during the match or she'd have problems. Baba continues to get more flips, but a second ram from Klarinette gets the better of Babaganoush and he's sent right back in. Pow. Pow. Pow. It's hammer time all up in Babaganoush's shindig, yo. Okay, enough. Babaganoush gets away and continues to fend off Klarinette for the remainder, but fails to get more than one more flip before the end.

Aggression: 9-6 Klarinette
Damage: 8-7 Klarinette
Strategy: 8-7 Klarinette

Klarinette wins a 25-20 judges' decision over Babaganoush.

Malevolence vs. Parasite

Spinner war, mofos. Malevolence tries to get around Parasite, but Spatch is able to keep facing Malevolence. Meanwhile, Parasite goes with a hit and run tactic... well it works, because Parasite manages to knock a tooth off of Malevolence after the third hit. Of course, his own bar is looking a bit warped, but after Malevolence tries to spin up again, he looks incredibly unstable. Parasite spins up and the fourth time they collide, Parasite's bar goes flying off, but Malevolence goes flying into the killsaws, which fling him onto his back. With no way to self-right, Malevolence is counted out.

Parasite wins by KO in 1:25.

Snijmachine vs. Hammer and Sickle

So yeah, um... DUTCHout pretty much doesn't need to do much other than sit there and casually rotate towards whichever one is closest to him and smash them away. Eventually he does completely disable them.

Snijmachine wins by KO in 1:59

MiDAS vs. Mass Hypnosis

Uh oh, I stared at MH's disc while it was spinning. I'm feeling helpless and stupified. Uhh... what was I saying? Oh yeah, so as you'd expect, MiDAS charges out, but what's this? So is Mass Hypnosis&#33; Cool. So MH guides it's disc right up to the hammer slot and POW&#33; (imagine a POW block as a hazard&#33;) Both bots go flying backwards. MH backs up even more keeping the disc going and soon we get another great hit. A small bit of shrapnel goes flying off the scoop. Nick decides to amp up the aggression and really flies into MH. MH is flattened against the wall and MiDAS tries to flip it over (pretty much echoing what Kody did in their MW fight). He ends up having a bit more success since he's got Hypnosis against the wedged wall, but it still takes a decent effort to flip Hypnosis over. At this point Midas is finally able to bring the hammer into serious play and start getting in some shots on MH's armor. MH is still able to attack the scoop and really starts getting it warped up as we edge closer to the end of the fight. MiDAS slams MH over the saws right at the end.

Aggression: 10-5 MiDAS
Damage:11-4 Mass Hypnosis
Strategy: 8-7 MiDAS

Mass Hypnosis wins 23-22

Golden Blaze vs. The Wall

Golden Blaze tries to play matador to the Wall's bull, but it doesn't work out so well. Wall is able to more or less compensate for Golden Blaze trying to duck out of the way and GB gets slammed against the wall by The Wall repeatedly. The skirts do take a fair amount of beating in the duration of the match, but Wall is still holding pretty strong by the end.

Aggression: 15-0 The Wall
Damage: 10-5 Golden Blaze
Strategy: 13-2 The Wall

The Wall wins 33-12

Diablo vs. Striker

Wow, this one wasn't even all that close. Diablo kept trying to get around to Striker's side, but Chris was not having any of that and kept scooping him up and ripping him up with his spinner. Couple that will repeated hazard abuse and Diablo never really had much of a chance.

Striker wins by KO in 1:47

SHW:

Rufus Stone vs. Final Boss

Rufus tries to come akilter of Final Boss' corners, but Boss manages to force them to meet at loggerheads. Final Boss gets under. Hoo boy, we're in for a treat now. Final Boss flips Rufus Stone over and immediately gets under the rear just as Rufus lands. Pulverizer time. Pow&#33; Pow&#33; Pow&#33; Rufus escapes after three hits, but Boss is after him. Front-to-front meeting. Flip. Rufus goes flying. Boss gets under. Hazards... killsaws. BZZT. Alex is trying his damnedest but he just can't get around to Boss' corners. Josh is rather enjoying himself. The match has become rather formulaic by now. Boss gets under. Flip. Rufus lands, Boss gets under. Pulverizers. Pow&#33; It goes on and on until near the end where finally Rufus manages to make his tactic work and slides under the corner of Final Boss. He gets fully under and with a HUGE slam, mashes Boss against the wall and the momentum from the hit is enough to send Boss onto his back. Boss rights himself but gets rammed again, however the end of the match is signalled by the buzzer. Good last effort from Mr. Stone.

Aggression: 8-7 Rufus Stone
Damage: 13-2 Final Boss
Strategy: 10-5 Final Boss

Final Boss wins a 30-15 judges' decision over Rufus Stone.

Spin Dash Unleashed vs. Solar Smash

Whoa&#33; They meet head-on&#33; Interesting. Actually, it was pretty damn interesting because just before they made impact, Solar Smash fires his spike and it went completely through the front plate of Spin Dash. At the same time, Spin Dash got a lovely hit in on the front wedges and the hit manages to bend Spin Dash's own armour into Solar Smash's spike, so it's stuck. Holy shit&#33; Well... Spin Dash uses his amazing torque to send Solar Smash over the killsaws for an extended period of damage. BZZT. BZZT. BZZT&#33; One of the sawings dislodges the spike, and Solar Smash retracts it. He fires it immediately again and punches more holes in Spin Dash's front, but Spin Dash manages to do more damage to the front wedges. Eventually Solar Smash knocks out the weapon of Spin Dash by doing something to his axle, but Smash's wedges are now totalled. Spin Dash tries pushing Solar Smash to hazards, but can't exactly do it due to his lower speed. Solar Smash continues to punch holes in Spin Dash, but eventually Spin Dash corners him and manages to pin him under the hammer. Still, even as the pulverizer rains down on him, Smash continues to punch holes in Spin Dash. Time runs out after the 5th pulverizer hit.

Aggression: 8-7 Solar Smash
Damage: 9-6 Solar Smash
Strategy: 9-6 Solar Smash

Solar Smash wins a 26-19 judges' decision over Spin Dash Unleashed.

Phantasmic Slammer vs. Barracuda

This was kind of a "meh" match. Barracuda got under but only got in a couple of hits on Phantasmic before the flipper slid away. When he did use the lifter, he only got the flipper part so again Badnik got his machine away. Phantasmic however, got some good flips in when he got under, and Barracuda spent some time in the pulverizer areas. Eventually Barracuda's armour got caved in on, but the buzzer went off before the count-out came.

Aggression: 12-3 Phantasmic Slammer
Damage: 9-6 Phantasmic Slammer
Strategy: 11-4 Phantasmic Slammer

Phantasmic Slammer wins a 32-13 judges' decision over Barracuda.

Ultima vs. GreenWar

...yeah I don't know what to say here. Ultima got under more and shoved GW around, but GW got some nice flips when he got under. Which was only twice, I'm afraid.

Aggression: 10-5 Ultima
Damage: 9-6 GreenWar
Strategy: <del>lolwut</del> 8-7 Ultima

Ultima wins a 24-21 judges' decision over GreenWar.

Yellow Cloud vs. Corrupted Politician

Yay wedge on wedge showdown&#33; Yeah you didn't believe that enthusiasm for a minute did you? Well anyway, they're on a collision course and Yellow Cloud does manage the first wedging of the fight with a good angle-in. A cool slam into the wall follows and Yellow Cloud eats up clock. Later, CP gets under YC and flips him onto the killsaws. Grinding action&#33; BZZZZ&#33; CP follows this up with a slam into the spike strip and flips YC against the spikes. The fight kind of goes back and forth with them slamming each other a couple times and each managing an escape in there as well. YC is getting to see a lot of the saws during the fight, but does get CP under the hammers for a couple glancing shots at one point.

Aggression: 9-6 Yellow Cloud
Damage: 9-6 Corrupted Politician
Strategy: 9-6 Corrupted Politician

Corrupted Politician wins 24-21

Fulcrum vs. Bistre Airways

Fucking blackout days. Kody had frequent flier miles to cash in&#33; Fulcrum wins by FF

Agent X vs. War & Peace

War & Peace was running for his life at the start of the fight as Agent X was coming at him with evil intentions in mind. X had to eat a full power shot from the shell spinner, but mostly shook it off and pinned War & Peace against the wall. He tried hooking around the self-righting pole but it wasn't really happening. So instead X switched to a more conventional use of the lifter and charged back at the spinner with the arm lowered. War & Peace ricocheted off it and X was able to swoop back in shortly thereafter and get under him. With some effort X flipped over War & Peace who bounced around trying to self right, but ultimate it was a futile effort.

Agent X wins by KO in 1:31

Parabolic Trajectory vs. Stabstract

If you were expecting an awesome and exciting fight, I've got some BAD NEWS&#33; The only true excitement from this fight came in the times where Parabolic Trajectory got under his opponent and sent him soaring through the air, which was about a half-dozen times or so during the match. Otherwise we had some dull ramming action from Stabstract as he plowed PT into the walls and hazards a few times. Stab mostly kept clear of the hazards except for near the end of the fight when he got flipped onto the killsaws and one of his treads ended up mostly chewed through. This severely gimped his driving, but as there was less than 20 seconds left in the match, he was still moving enough to avoid getting counted out, just not enough to avoid one last flip.

Aggression: 9-6 Stabstract
Damage: 9-6 Parabolic Trajectory
Strategy: 8-7 Parabolic Trajectory

Parabolic Trajectory wins 23-22

Eight vs. Dr. Robotnik

Dear Eight,

It has come to my business that you are the highest girl/boy in the crop. My knee starts analyzing a blender every time you speak. I would like to define if you want to go to the Mardi Gras with me next Sunday. If you become please whittle me at the Nevada in Decade. I repair you and everything about you.

Covertly,
Dr. Robotnik

Dr. Robotnik wins by Madlib.

Cherax vs. Bad Trip

The long and short of this match is that Bad Trip manages to get around that huge-ass wedge a lot, but otherwise isn't able to do much due to his crappy torque and odd wedge design. However, he is able to escape completely whenever Cherax wedges him. The hazards went completely unused in his match too. Shame.

Aggression: 10-5 Bad Trip
Damage: 8-7 Cherax
Strategy: 8-7 Bad Trip

Bad Trip wins a 25-20 judges' decision over Cherax.

Rascal vs. Guerilla

The bot with the tremendously long name bolts out of the square and takes a fittingly long arc around the arena, coming in at the side of Rascal, as Phil drives his machine toward the center, keeping his front toward Guerilla. With its thwacking tail, the two-wheeled ape is quick to spin up and knock Rascal a bit as it tries to approach. Phil spins his bot around and comes in again, with the axe going over his bot

LW:

Eight vs. Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33;

Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33; wins by FF.

Cherax vs. Guerilla

I'm not even sure what to say about this match, so I won't bother. Cherax pretty much rapes Guerilla all around the arena. There was once when Guerilla actually got around the wedge and slammed Cherax into the wall, but even Mr. AS didn't expect that to happen. Cherax controls the fight from then on.

Aggression: 9-6 Cherax
Damage: 14-1 Cherax
Strategy: 15-0 Cherax

Cherax wins a 38-7 judges' decision over Guerilla.

Airazor vs Red Zone

Two of the four unbeaten LW's lock horns here&#33; Red Zone comes screaming out of his square as Airazor approaches carefully. Red Zone, with some tricky driving, manages to just get underneath the sides of Airazor and begins to shove towards the killsaws. Luckily for Airazor, Red Zone did not have the best grip on him and Airazor is able to escape the killsaws, but only just. Red Zone then nearly hits the killsaws, but Chris uses his driving skills to avoid disaster. As Chris backs off from the hazard, Kody takes advantage of the situation and gets underneath Red Zone from the sides and begins to bring the crusher down. Good news for Red Zone is that Airazor hasn't caught any major parts, but the bad news is that Airazor has caught it's crusher in the gap between the two wheels. Red Zone flails about, struggling to escape as Airazor takes Red Zone to the killsaws and some sawing action is seen, to the delight of the crowd. Sparks fly from Red Zone before Airazor lets him go. For the next while, we see Airazor getting hold of Red Zone between the wheels and shoving him about. With half the time on the clock gone, Red Zone tries to stage a comeback. Red Zone dashes for the sides of Airazor and catches him unaware and slides right under him. Red Zone then charges Airazor headlong at the drum, Airazor goes flying and wastes a little time self righting. Red Zone also got caught and flipped a full 360 in the air before landing back down. Red Zone manages to come back in on the attack again and slams Airazor into a wall, then another, and another. Airazor then comes back with a crush and puts him over the killsaws again. The rest of the match is back and forth between Airazor's crushing control and Red Zone's rams. Towards the end, Red Zone gets Airazor under the pulverizer for three shots before the buzzer sounds. Fantastic battle, but who won?

Aggression: 10-5 Red Zone
Damage: 10-5 Airazor
Strategy: 8-7 Red Zone

Red Zone wins the match via a split 23-22 decision&#33;

Smoke & Mirrors vs Dr P

Unfortunately for Alex MW, Smoke & Mirrors was able to pile the pressure on him with the numbers game. Granted, for the first minute, everything was going the doctors way, getting some good damage on one half by using his axe and the hazards, but then the numbers game took over and Dr P got fed to the hazards himself. S&M managed to get Dr P to the pulverizers a lot of the time and managed to hold him there a lot of the time. Though Dr P tried to make a comeback, S&M Managed to shut him down, after enough trips to the killsaws and the pulverizers, Dr P expires late on under the pulverizer.

Smoke & Mirrors wins via KO at 2:57

Zadkiel vs. Gaia Hammer

This was an ugly match. When Gaia Hammer was entered in the competition, its creator admitted that its major problem was armor, and it definitely showed here. A massive difference in armor and weapon made for a brutally destructive match, as Zadkiel struck one of Gaia Hammer's 'arms' and ripped it clean off. Another hit struck the center chassis and exposed the innards. Three more hits and Gaia Hammer was, unfortunately, unrecognizable.

Zadkiel wins by a knockout in 0:45

Jesus Built My Hotrod vs. Dr. Robotnik

Jesus flies out of the starting square and barrels into Dr. Robotnik. He did it in a period of time faster than it took to read that sentence, and apparently faster than it took for Dr. Robotnik's bar to get up to full speed. Jesus eats the shot, and with his high traction just plows back into Dr. Robo and starts to push against the angled sides. They immedaitely go into the wall, where Jesus holds him there as long as possible. Eventually Jesus is forced to back away, and Dr. Robotnik starts to go the blade going again, but Jesus is just so fast that he's back in there. He eats another hit, a bigger one this time that sheers off one of the spikes and caves in the support bar. Dr. Robotnik's blade is stopped again and is now being pushed across the arena floor, this time into the saws, which pop up and into Dr. Robotnik and separate the two robots. It isn't for long, though, as Jesus once again absorbs a blow, this time crumpling part of the front. Jesus pushes Dr. R and, in a very boring display, pins him against the wall again. With a good bit of time burned off the clock, Jesus is again forced to back away, and Dr. R again gets his blade up to speed. He succeeds in actually getting it going full tilt this time, and in the waning seconds Jesus runs into the blade in one last aggressive display. Part of the front is now hanging off after that hit, and luckily Jesus doesn't have to absorb anymore.

Aggression: 14-1 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Damage: 13-2 Dr. Robotnik
Strategy: 9-6 Jesus Built My Hotrod

Jesus Built My Hotrod wins on a 25-20 judges' decision.

Rascal vs. War Bastard

Rascal drives out, but halts near mid arena. Hmm

LW:

Cherax vs. War Bastard

Cherax tries to keep the wedge pointed at GF's bot. It happens, but War Bastard gets the wheels anyway by driving off the side of the wedge. Eventually one wheel comes off...

War Bastard wins by KO in 1:00.

Eight vs. Gaia Hammer

Well let's face it. We were never going to get through this season without one coin toss. Have at 'em&#33;

8 = Heads
GH = Tails

Heads&#33;
Heads&#33;
Heads&#33; (okay that wasn't needed, but still, an entire sweep&#33;)

Eight wins by Coin Toss and gives Rob his first win of the season.

Jesus Built My Hotrod vs. Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33;

Jesus is able to come out and get to R3's sides immediately, and starts pushing. They go to the killsaws, which pop up and cut into R3, separating the two robots. Jesus follows up by maneuvering to R3's sides again, but finds himself unable to do so as Steve does a better job keeping the front facing Jesus. He just barely gets underneath the spikes and catches them with the flipper, sending Jesus up and over 180 degrees. Jesus hasn't changed much but with the spikes now facing upwards, Nick has a harder time pushing against the side of R3 given that some of the spikes are now angled above the wedge. This doesn't stop Nick from playing this aggressively, and he continues to hound R3. In response, Steve keeps maneuvering such that the robots find themselves closer and closer to the arena hammers, and in the smaller space Jesus finds it difficult to move around. This allows R3 to get underneath and flips Jesus into the hammers. The crazy quickness of Jesus means that a lot of hammer shots miss, but a bunch still connect as R3 cuts off Jesus's escape route. Finally Jesus just plows through R3 and goes up and over the wedge monster truck style. Jesus backs into R3 before Steve can turns around and pins R3 in the corner, where R3 gets hit twice before slipping out and Jesus accidentally eats another hit as well. R3 gets his front around as Jesus makes another attempt for the side, and is able to force Jesus into the wedge for one last flip before the buzzer sounds.

Aggression: 12-3 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Damage: 9-6 Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate
Strategy: 12-3 Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate

Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate wins by a 23-22 judges' decision.

Certificate to Hurt People vs. Guerrilla

CERT moves out and attacks, but Guerrilla is sitting and waiting for it, or rather sitting and spinning. This match has a lot of this, with CERT trying to plow into Guerilla, and Guerilla using the thwacking setup to good effect; getting solid shots in that start to warp the wedges of CERT, or slide up them and stab the main chassis. The shot knocks CERT off to the side enough that Guerilla can take advantage of the open side, but it isn't until the wedges get a little more warped that Guerrilla is able to get underneath. Even then the pushing is slow going. In response, CERT starts moving against the direction of the spin to catch it with the lifter and get underneath. He's able to get Guerrilla to the hazards twice this way, but it is too little too late.

Aggression: 10-5 Certificate to Hurt People
Damage: 9-6 Guerrilla
Strategy: 12-3 Guerrilla

Guerrilla wins by a 26-19 judges' decision.

Rascal vs. Smoke & Mirrors

Right away the superteam is out the gate and the bigger, faster robot is quick to chase one down. But Rascal has some trouble getting under Mirror

LW:

Rascal vs. Bad Trip

Max does his "drive around n shit" routine but Rascal is able to keep the front pointed and takes the Bad Trip kid to the hazards. Bad Trip gets the crap kicked out of him like a bunch of rednecks jumping on a black guy. Bad Trip gets flipped and drives around like Lucy Liu on a bender, but it doesn't help much against the major forkage of Rascal. Eventually three minutes of bad (hazard) trips are up.

Aggression: 9-6 Rascal
Damage: 12-3 Rascal
Strategy: 14-1 Rascal

Rascal wins a 35-10 judges' decision over Bad Trip.

Dr. P vs. Guerilla

lolno, Dr. P pretty much rapes Guerilla all around the arena.

Aggression: 10-5 Dr. P
Damage: 12-3 Dr. P
Strategy: 13-2 Dr. P

Dr. P wins a 35-10 judges' decision over Guerilla.

Jesus Built My Hotrod vs. Gaia Hammer

Uhh okay, Jesus just slams into the front corner of Gaia Hammer, putting a hole in that armor. Jesus then quickly tries to back up but whoops&#33; The spike is stuck. Gaia Hammer gets a quick hammer hit in, but that jarrs Jesus loose, letting Nick back away and resume his quick assault. He does all kinds of damage to Gaia pushing him wherever he wants. A couple times Jesus gets the spikes stuck, but a couple of slams or hammer hits gets him loose again. Gaia Hammer survives the match, but looks trashed.

Aggression: 13-2 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Damage: 10-5 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Strategy: 10-5 Jesus Built My Hotrod

Jesus Built My Hotrod wins a 33-12 judges' decision.

Zadkiel vs. Dr. Robotnik

Well... the best thing you could say about this fight is that it was very destructive. However, the clincher is that Robotnik's range played a part in that whenever the robots got spun around, Robotnik was able to actually damage Zadkiel's main body more than vice-versa. Around the end both robots have their weapons completely destroyed, but additionally Zadkiel is lame on three-wheels. Zadkiel tries to push Robotnik into the hammer with his rear end, but the match ends.

Aggression: 8-7 Dr. Robotnik
Damage: 9-6 Dr. Robotnik
Strategy: 9-6 Dr. Robotnik

Dr. Robotnik wins a 25-20 judges' decision over Zadkiel.

Cherax vs. Smoke and Mirrors

Uh...I'm confused already. Cherax comes out with the amusingly sized wedge, and Mirrors goes straight at it...? Hold on, he gets underneath&#33; Smoke is at the side, he gets underneath as well, and the pair shovels the bigger machine straight into the drum&#33; Cherax goes flying right over the two, and the pair set about him once again. Mirrors to the front, Smoke to the side, but this time Cherax gets underneath the shiny twin, whilst Smoke does his best to slip under Cherax. The clamper attempts to get a grasp on the wedges of Mirrors, but can't quite reach enough to get a decent hold, and Mirrors slips himself away. Mirrors and Smoke play the numbers game to their advantage, despite being gotten under much more often than not, while Cherax remains vigilant despite taking a little more hazard damage. Eventually, Cherax does manage to grab hold of one of the pair, and slam it into the wall a couple of times, despite his wheel looking a little skewed, while Mirrors continues chasing him down and generally being a pain. Mirrors is let go, and the two-on one resumes, but the buzzer sounds before anything else happens.

Aggression: 9-6 Cherax
Damage: 11-4 Smoke & Mirrors
Strategy: 9-6 Smoke & Mirrors

Smoke & Mirrors wins 26-19

Certificate to Hurt People vs. War Bastard

Okay, so War Bastard flies out and hits Certificate just to the side of the lifter area. Certificate gets spun around and takes another shot from the twin discs. Certificate does manage to bully War Bastard over to the walls though and that cuts down on the offense for awhile. There

LW:

Dr. P vs. Certificate to Hurt People

Your standard back-and-forth match. Dr. Plow-less (ha&#33;) moves in on CtHP's hinged wedges but most of the time CtHP is able to force a head-to-head meeting and shove him places. Otherwise Dr. P gets under and slowly pushes him to hazards as well while smacking away with the axe, while CtHP tries to escape it but the "lift-myself-off-him" tactic fails miserably. At the end both robots are looking pretty beaten up but still work fine.

Aggression: 8-7 Certificate to Hurt People
Damage: 8-7 Certificate to Hurt People
Strategy: 8-7 Dr. P

Certificate to Hurt People wins a 23-22 split judges' decision over Dr. P.

Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33; wins by Right Forfeit&#33;

Jesus Built My Hotrod vs. Eight

War Bastard vs. Smoke & Mirrors

Flanking robot tactics. Hurray. Well unfortunately for Badnik he still underestimates just how badly the knockback on a clusterbot is. Mirrors is chased after by War Bastard, but when Smoke looks like he's going to get the rear of the bassa', GF93 turns his robot and Smoke gets pinballed away. Mirrors rushes in but stops short when War Bastard is facing him again. The match pretty much goes like this the entire time, although Badnik starts to keep both his robots closer to War Bastard later in the match, and it finally pays off when Mirrors gets under War Bastard's rear and drives the disc into the floor, temporarily halting it, and then they get him to the hammer. War Bastard takes a healthy shot before time is up.

Aggression: 8-7 War Bastard
Damage: 14-1 War Bastard
Strategy: 9-6 War Bastard

War Bastard wins a 31-14 judges' decision over Smoke & Mirrors.

Cherax vs. Rascal

The two lifters approach one another, and Cherax starts to spin on the spot. Rascal rushes in, and almost gets underneath the side of Cherax, but the lifter knocks it to one side. Cherax continues spinning, and Rascal begins to spin up as well. Lifter meets forks, and Rascal gets knocked away again. Eventually, Cherax darts off to one side as he's being counted down, and begins spinning again. Rascal, though, is able to rush in and get its forks beneath Cherax, lifting the unusually shaped machine up and delivering it to the hammers. Cherax takes a few hits, before managing to wriggle free and head toward safety. Rascal gives chase, playing the thwacking game and getting knocked around a little more, before trying to slip back underneath Cherax when he has to show movement. The repeated lifter-to-forks hits seem to have bent the extensions a little, and Rascal is having trouble getting beneath the Yellow Alert bot now. Cherax carries on his thwacking for the rest of the match, and Rascal, with his warped lifter, only manages to get underneath once more, getting Cherax to the killsaws for a moment before the buzzer goes.

Aggression: 9-6 Rascal
Damage: 8-7 Rascal
Strategy: 10-5 Cherax

Cherax wins 23-22

Red Zone vs. Dr. Robotnik

Red Zone comes out fast and furious, while Robotnik just comes out pissed off. Well, okay. Robotnik gets up to speed, so Red Zone does a fake-out. Josh doesn't fall for it and Robotnik gets a direct shot on the corner of Red Zone's chassis, by-passing the plow entirely. The result is that a huge chunk of Red Zone's armour goes flying across the arena. Robotnik gets his way back up to speed again but Red Zone is closing in fast and this time Robotnik gets plow. Strictly speaking, the edge of it. It's not the hit we were expecting either, because Robotnik simply bats the hinged plow aside (and by aside, I mean up into the air) and again gets a shot on the corner. Now Red Zone is looking crumpled. However, he now has more success in getting Robotnik to hit the dead-center of the plow, and finally Robotnik comes to a halt. Now the hazard pain begins. Robotnik gets sent for a hazard trip all around the arena. Killsaws are nearest so Red Zone takes Robotnik to them, and then brings Robotnik to the hammer. Isn't that nice. Well sadly Robotnik manages to escape and spin up again. He gets another devastating shot on the rear corner again and Red Zone moves more sluggishly. However, Robotnik isn't moving so great himself anymore, and the match ends with neither of them doing much of anything.

Aggression: 12-3 Red Zone
Damage: 13-2 Dr. Robotnik
Strategy: 8-7 Dr. Robotnik

Dr. Robotnik wins a 24-21 judges' decision over Red Zone.

Bad Trip vs Guerilla

Guerilla was sure in for a big surprise in this one, he came out charging to break the crusher of Bad Trip, but went straight up the wedge, hit the crusher and flipped over the top and behind Bad Trip. Bad Trip performed a Suplex&#33; Bad Trip manages to take advantage of the situation and spins round to wedge the inverted Guerilla and sends his ass to the hazards. It's literally a dominating performance by Bad Trip till Guerilla manages to get back the right way up and begins shoving Bad Trip around, but it's all too little too late

Aggression: 10-5 Bad Trip
Damage: 14-1 Bad Trip
Strategy: 11-4 Bad Trip

Bad Trip wins via a 35-10 decision

LW:

Dr. P vs. Zadkiel

Mkay, so what we have here are an axebot and a spinner. Lord. Well Dr. P comes in with the plow on Zadkiel's side. Zadkiel manages to catch the edge of the plow and send Dr. P (and himself) skidding, denting it a bit. Dr. P comes back in again, trying to make the plan work, but again Zadkiel manages to catch the edge of it, and send Dr. P skidding. Realizing that's not going to work, Alex just barges in on Lian's spinner with the plow. There is a massive hit which sends both robots wacky, and Dr. P's plow looks rattled. However Zadkiel's now at the point where his disc is spinning slower. He has to take a minor hit to finally stop Zadkiel, but it doesn't do too much. Dr. P gets under Zadkiel using the plow and starts hammering away. One of the blows smacks Zadkiel loose and he slips away to spin up. Dr. P gives chase but Zadkiel hits the corner of the plow and, while not doing too much damage to it there, separates the robots enough where Zadkiel can comfortably spin up. Dr. P is after him like a shot, but by the time he's slowed Zadkiel's spinner down again, the plow looks pretty bad. Nonetheless Dr. P gets under again and starts hammering away. Zadkiel is jarred loose again but Dr. P stays on him this time and manages to get another slew of hits. Zadkiel's top armour isn't looking great but his disc is still going and later on in the match he manages to warp the plow after a lot more hits on the side of it. Dr. P gets in one last axe shot before time is up.

Aggression: 9-6 Dr. P
Damage: 10-5 Zadkiel
Strategy: 8-7 Zadkiel

Zadkiel wins a 24-21 judges' decision over Dr. P.

Jesus Built My Hotrod vs. Cherax

Cherax wedges Jesus and that's the match. Yep. Totally.

Okay fine that's not true. I'll go into the more detailed report. Jesus scoots around like a drunken hillbilly on a unicycle. I suppose that's not too far from the truth. Or is it? Cherax keeps the wedge facing... OR DOES HE? No, no he doesn't. Jesus attacks Cherax's sides. Well guess what, their equal torque means that Cherax is hard pressed to even push him in a straight line. In the befuddlement, Cherax gets the wedge in Jesus' face. Jesus backs off and goes for the sides again. He's able to consistently do this, but pretty much gets nothing out of it because Cherax slips away every fucking time. I guess the consolation is that every time Cherax wedges Jesus, Jesus escapes pretty much immediately. At some point Jesus got a little too excited and tripped over the killsaws, allowing Cherax to come in and wedge him again, but Jesus escaped again. The rest of the match plays out similarly, and at another point Cherax even managed to get Jesus into the jaws, but did not get a good hold on him and Jesus escaped yet again. I suppose the side ramming from Jesus' spikes did something to Cherax's armour, but Cherax seems fine at the end so it's anyone's guess.

Aggression: 9-6 Cherax
Damage: 9-6 Jesus Built My Hotrod
Strategy: 9-6 Cherax

Cherax wins a 24-21 judges' decision over Jesus Built My Hotrod.

Gaia Hammer vs. Smoke & Mirrors

Smoke & Mirrors win by forfeit.

Guerrilla vs. Dr. Robotnik

Guerrilla rams into Dr. R with all his might, like a true American soldier, with his ramming spikes (American soldiers typically are covered in ramming spikes). He eats the hit well, I guess, but finds it difficult to really push Dr. Robotnik from any direction. Dr. R continues to fend of rams with his spinning disc. One of the spikes, after a lot of abuse, eventually snaps off and the other two are bent. Dr. R gets a couple of body shots, and Guerrilla can't really retaliate other than one slow push midway through the fight that took them right to the wall.

Aggression: 10-5 Guerrilla
Damage: 15-0 Dr. Robotnik
Strategy: 10-5 Dr. Robotnik

Dr. Robotnik wins a 30-15 judges' decision.

Bad Trip vs. Red Zone

Red Zone drives into Bad Trip with the plow. Bad Trip gets underneath and clamps, but with the massive torque advantage that Red Zone has, Bad Trip cannot do anything. Red Zone instead shoves Bad Trip into the wall behind him. Bad Trip releases his grip but Red Zone is still pushing. Red Zone backs away and comes in aggressively again, getting another slam. The fight continues a lot like this for the rest of the match, with Bad Trip getting to Red Zone's side only a few times for clamping and directing RZ to the hazards, but otherwise it was all Red Zone.

Aggression: 9-6 Red Zone
Damage: 9-6 Red Zone
Strategy: 11-4 Red Zone

Red Zone wins a 29-16 judges' decision.

Eight vs. Rascal

Rascal wins by FF

Certificate to Hurt People vs. Airazor

Out come the pair, and it's first blood to Cert, slipping the lifter underneath the front end of Airazor. Zooks begins to lift, but Kody manages to squirrel himself away before the newer driver can capitalize. Cert's lifter begins to lower, but Airazor manages to get under it before it's fully down, and the claw comes down, grappling onto the topside of Cert. Airazor aims for the Killsaws, but Cert is squirming, making life a little tricky for Kody, but can't keep himself from the hazards for long, and the skirts take a fair amount of grinding before Airazor has to let go. Those were some lovely sparks, weren't they? Cert tries his luck at the sides of Airazor, but the crusher manages to keep his front end pointed at the lifter. Airazor soon gets another hold on Cert, and gives it a more prolonged killsawing, leaving a few slices and nicks in the skirting. Another attempt to get to the side from Cert, and Airazor overshoots with the turn a little, allowing Cert underneath those raised wings. Just before Cert can get underneath, though, Airazor manages to zip backwards towards the killsaws, and begins to spin on the spot. The saws pop up, and Airazor takes a glancing shot on the front wedge, but doesn't seem to have been affected too much. Cert approaches cautiously, but a quick spurt sees it get right underneath the side of Airazor. Kody tries to back himself away, but the lifter's coming up, and Airazor's tipped onto the wing. Zooks pushes Airazor over the killsaws this time, and the crusher rights itself straight on top of them, getting thrown across the arena slightly. A little more wedge-to-wedge, Airazor gets beneath the sliced skirts of Cert, but the lifterbot is squirming again, and the buzzer goes before any more damage can be caused.

Aggression: 9-6 Airazor
Damage: 9-6 Airazor
Strategy: 9-6 Airazor

Airazor takes a 27-18 decision.

LW:

Bad Trip vs. Dr. Robotnik

Bad Trip goes to stop the weapon and... eh... not a good idea. Dr. Robotnik, going overcutter, manages to solidly connect with the wheels. He soon tears one out and that's that. Sorry Max.

Dr. Robotnik wins by KO in 0:56.

Certificate to Hurt People vs. Zadkiel

Umm... well Zadkiel doesn't tear the lifter off in one hit, but he mangles the skirts pretty well and manages to rip both front ones off. Otherwise, this was about CtHP shoving Zadkiel pretty much everywhere, and Zadkiel's armour getting caved in by the pulverizers. By the end of the match Zadkiel is moving pretty slow and has all kinds of dents on his body, but gets a good hit in on CtHP at the end that rips out a piece of the main armour.

Aggression: 10-5 Certificate to Hurt People
Damage: 9-6 Zadkiel
Strategy: 8-7 Zadkiel

Certificate to Hurt People wins a 23-22 split judges' decision over Zadkiel.

Guerilla vs. Red Zone

Red Zone wins by FF

Gaia Hammer vs. War Bastard

War Bastard wins by FF

Eight vs. Cherax

Cherax wins by FFFFFFFF. That's eight F's.

Dr. P vs. Airazor

The two robots approached one another, and Dr. P began spinning on the spot. Airazor, though, was able to get right underneath the side of the hammerbot, and brought the claw down right into the axe shaft. Kody takes the blue machine straight to the killsaws, Alex is trying to wriggle himself free, but can't quite get loose, and ends up taking an extended grinding until Airazor lets him go. Dr. P. continues his thwacking tactics, but Airazor continues to slip beneath the sides of the Targeted machine, and we get plenty more killsaw action. Those wedges on Dr. P are starting to look quite beat up now. Dr. P does eventually manage to get to the sides of Airazor, but it's looking difficult for him to get beneath the side wings of the Zlayers machine. After a little jostling, Dr. P does indeed manage to get underneath Airazor, and begins to push him towards the pulverizers, but it's decidedly slow going. Dr. P's own hammer gets involved during the shove, and manages to smack the claw a few times, but it actually looks more like it's knocking Airazor loose than causing damage. Kody manages to get himself free just before the pulverizer comes down on him, and we head back to the middle of the arena, Airazor gets underneath Dr. P one more time, and manages to score exactly one second of killsaw action before the match ends.

Aggression: 8-7 Airazor
Damage: 12-3 Airazor
Strategy: 11-4 Airazor

Airazor wins 31-14

Right Thoughts Right Words Right Activate&#33; vs. Smoke & Mirrors

All righty then. The multi-bot splits up, one headed straight at Right Thoughts while the other is making the longer trip to flank. Steve sends his bot straight at the incoming half and just angles in around the piano teeth and sends that particular bot soaring. But wait, the other part has gotten around to the back of Right Thoughts and wedges him. It
