The best part is that even if this was legit, it's still a borderline scam since the World Bank gives out loans, not just free money. Just think about the interest on over $2 million! :o

well they could have given a loan to the UN that the UN then uses to compensate people

well the meeting lasted 7 months (minus 2 days), I'd bloody well expect them to come up with something brilliant
