USING THE ANTI-HORIZONTAL SPINNER PLOW.
At the start, rush out around the Gulag. I probably won’t be able to trap him in his starting area but w/e. I want all the aggression points I can get.
If Meta Ridley’s leading with its spinner, just ram the disc. The direct damage and shock damage are 2-point, which is just cosmetic. Watch for desperado attempts to get past my plow and attack my wheels, and put the wedge in the way. I’ve got a speed advantage and a control advantage.
If he leads with the tail or intentionally exposes his side, expect a rapid 180-degree turn to bring the disc to bear. Ram him, but at a more cautious speed. It doesn’t look like the angle at the tip of his tail lets him use it as a wedge if he’s right-side-up. If I’m wrong and he can use it effectively as a wedge, it should still only be about a 60-40 advantage, and he can’t high-center me with it. Don’t risk pressing: just try to get around the narrow point and back off if it does get under me.
Stay aggressive, keep chasing him and forcing him off-balance, and smother and pin whenever I can. If possible, turn him onto his back with my lifter. When he’s inverted he should be hitting about the middle of my wedge and not causing bending near the floor that could give his tail an easier time getting under me. He can also be high-centered by tipping him back until the back corners of his chassis touch the floor in that orientation, although I’d have to stop his disc to do that.
The hazards do the same amount of damage to him, so preferentially use Lenin’s Hammers. I can hold him under them for multiple hits and be pinning him and running the clock down, whereas Stalin’s Sickle will punt him across the arena and potentially give him more space to spin back up. Also try to stack him on his rear against the wall. His tail can go up or down a full 90 degrees, which with where the pivot is enough to prop him on his flat rear with no moving parts touching the floor. Bracing the tail against the wall I should be able to lift him into that position.
Good Luck Etc.
