I'll staunchly maintain that Stingray has 9 speed to 6 traction, not 0 as was written last time. Same ratio as the 6-4 bots. Should be slightly less controlled with its higher speed, not uncontrolled.

-Long running slams at him
-If he sidesteps, start spinning defensively. If he backs off, back off too.
-Should be able to beat his front.
