Use the hinged wedge.
My strategy can be summed up as "keep facing Shuriken."
My wedge is heavier, so should get under Shuriken's. Just keep facing him, go head on, and through him into the walls. Over and over again. Get him OOTA if possible, and just be aggressive. If he does get under me, quickly reverse and J-turn away.
If flipped, slam myself into the walls to try and flip myself over again.
Don't be stupid, and be aggressive.
